Notes from Our Collectors
Archival Quality Preserves Every Detail.
Each Patricia Tancrell Flynn watercolor begins as an original hand-painted work, created with care and precision using traditional techniques. To faithfully preserve the delicate textures, nuanced color palettes, and luminous washes that define her style, we use only the highest standards in fine art reproduction.
The process starts with a meticulously photographed image of the original painting, captured under controlled lighting conditions using high-resolution equipment. Every brushstroke is preserved in stunning detail. From there, the artwork is reproduced using Giclée printing, a technique trusted by museums and galleries around the world for its ability to produce archival-quality prints.
Our prints are produced on 100% cotton Arches® coldpressed watercolor paper, imported from France — the same paper Patricia paints on herself. This premium paper offers exceptional color depth, surface texture, and longevity, making it nearly indistinguishable from the original in both look and feel. We pair this paper with museum-grade, pigment-based inks that offer superior lightfastness and vibrant fidelity, ensuring your print remains rich and beautiful for generations.
The result is a fine art print that captures the heart of Patricia’s watercolors — a lasting expression of nature, light, and atmosphere, worthy of display in your home.
