Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
All orders are shipped via standard ground service. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Please note that we do not currently offer expedited shipping or international shipping.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@newenglandwatercolor.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
